Shifts are 12 hours minimum. Reliable transportation to local jobs is required.
Omnificent Crew Management is a third-party crew management company. We recruit, screen, place, and pay crew for festivals and events. We are not the organizer or producer of the events we staff.

Drug screening policy
All crew must pass a drug screen before placement. Our screening follows the laws of the state where you'll be working. We test for THC only where state law allows it or when a client's contract requires it.
Why crew choose Omnificent
Know your pay
$20/hr for crew. Supervisors earn a $3/hr shift differential ($23/hr). Direct deposit, Net 30 from the last day of the event.
